To cook: Wash and rinse lentils, add 1 cup of lentils to 2 cups of water and soak overnight or Add 1 cup of lentils to 2 cups of boiling water, lower the heat and cook for 20-30 mins if it was soaked and 30-45 if it wasn’t soaked overnight.
