To prevent reoccurring cough, cold, sore throat and running nose as the rains start pouring you can have this mix on an empty stomach every morning.
This remedy is extremely easy to prepare as you can buy all the ingredients from your fruit and vegetable market and they are inexpensive as well.
So, here is the list
200ml Water
20 Cloves Garlic
2 Ginger roots
4 Tablespoons of Honey
¼ Pineapple
Step 1: wash your pineapple and put the ¼ part aside (cut into chucks for easy blending)
Step 2: wash ginger roots, peel, and put aside
Step 3: Peel garlic and set aside as well
In a clean blender, add the cut pineapple, washed ginger roots, garlic, 4 tablespoon of honey and 20mml of warm water.
Blend until smooth, pour into a glass jar and drink.
Its pretty simple right? But the relief is amazing.
